Walls and trusses are assembled or 'framed' under controlled conditions in a factory and then shipped to the jobsite to be craned into place where the HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, etc. are completed.
The actual framing is done on assembly tables in the factory using jigs to
make sure wall sections and trusses will be square and plumb when assembled. The
lumber used for construction has not been lying exposed to the weather on the job
site and the wall sections are pressed at the factory resulting in less settling
and movement.
The controlled conditions also allow for more accurately placed
fasteners which make a stronger frame.
Systems Built Construction also reduces enclosure time closing the weather out sooner and creates less jobsite waste.
