Welcome

Welcome, we hope you will find your information pages very useful. It is our goal to use this private section of the Web site to keep you better informed about your project as well as for daily communication. It can be used by the sub-contractors as well to keep up on job progress as well as communicate with client and contractor.

Second Window?

This help section has been opened in a second window so that you can just minimize it and proceed to your information pages by clicking on the link next to the picture of your home on the "Current Projects" page that you were viewing and keep this handy on your task bar should you need it.
In this help section you will find detailed instructions on using all of the features of your info pages. There is nothing difficult but it may be helpful if you are new to message boards and such. Just navigate through the help using the links on the left.

Help Always Available

If you close this window you can open it again by clicking on the

icon at the top right-hand side of any of your info pages.

Printing Help Pages

These pages are framed. To print a page just right click in the light blue area, away from any images/pictures and then click on print in the context menu that appears.

Quick Overview

Your info pages are password protected so that only someone who has the username and password will be able to view/use them. There are two sections. One section for the client/contractor/sub-contractors to use and another for the client and contractor only. Each section has a different password. Only the client and contractor will have the user name and password to access the client only section of the project information pages.

In the client/contractor/sub-contractor section you will find four pages:
- An interactive calendar page to which any of us can add dates.
- A message board to which any of us may post questions and answers.
- A current plans page containing scans of current project plans as well as updates.
- A Specs page to keep up on materials, etc. specifications.

In the client/contractor/ section you will find four pages:
- A contract page with well...
- An allowance page detailing allowances for the project.
- A changes page keeping track of change orders.
- A message board for posting client/contractor questions, answers, info.
